• Important Use Notes & Faucet Fit: This under-sink system does not reduce TDS and is intended for municipal tap water and cold water only (not for well water or hot water). It fits faucets with 1/2" or 3/8" female NPT threads. If you need to connect to a quick-connect faucet, compatible connection fittings can be provided upon request.
• Replacement Filter Models: Compatible replacement filters for this system include WD-10PP, WD-10GC, and WD-10CT (search by these model names).
• 3 Filters / 8-Stage Filtration: Includes 3 filters to provide 8-stage filtration designed to help reduce PFAS (including PFOA/PFOS), residual chlorine, fluoride, certain heavy metals, silt, rust, and cysts. KDF media is used to help reduce heavy metals, resin is used for fluoride reduction, and the CT filter is IAPMO certified for residual chlorine reduction and taste improvement.
• Flow Rate Note: Because of the multi-stage design, filtered water flow may be slower than unfiltered tap water to support adequate contact time. It is described as filling a 12 oz glass in about 4 seconds under typical conditions. Standard under-sink installation; no additional faucet is included.
• Durability, Anti-Clog & Filter Life: Built with reinforced, age- and freeze-resistant materials, with reported testing including 400 psi burst, 100,000+ pulses at 150 psi, and 300 psi static testing to support leak/crack resistance. An upgraded filtration area is described as providing about 20× more dirt-adhesion area to help reduce clogging risk. Filter-life guidance: 6 months, 8–12 months, and 12–18 months for the three filters (varies by water conditions). For travel, store used filters in sealed bags in the refrigerator (not the freezer) for up to 30 days.
